I completed my dental training at NSU College of Dental Medicine, and for the past 6 years, I’ve been treating patients across a wide range of needs — from preventative care to chronic inflammation, sensitivity, and systemic conditions linked to oral health.

I still remember the patient who changed everything for me. He was in his late 40s, with a complex prosthodontic/periodontal case that could have gone better. But the tools we had — the materials, the workflows — they didn’t meet the real-world demands of his case. We spent weeks adjusting, remaking, and apologizing. 

That experience made me question the 'gold standard' tools we were all trained to use.

It wasn’t just about one patient. It was about realizing the system was optimized for convenience, not innovation. That’s when it hit me — true change wouldn't come from outside the industry. 

It had to come from within, from people like us who understood the clinical and emotional realities of dental care. That was the moment I knew I had to be part of building something better.

My philosophy has always been that real prevention should be proactive, not passive. And that’s the spirit that drives everything we build at HealRay.
