Processing Time for Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
US Orders: are shipped directly from our warehouse in Ohio, with an average delivery time of 3–7 days.
International Orders: typically arrive within 7–12 days. We ship with trusted carriers like DHL, Royal Mail, Australia Post to ensure fast and reliable service.
In rare cases of high order volume, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow a little extra time for delivery.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 4 days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
HealRay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
HealRay is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods.
